From here, we will recommend a high-level process and potential performance management and financial planning solutions. This entire phase is done under an NDA, so your data and proprietary information are always safe.
We document your business needs in detail and establish and agree upon the related services we will provide along with a detailed description of our approach, the specific project phases and present an SoW.
Once terms are set, we acquire the remaining information needed to execute the SoW. Here we will conduct resource gathering sessions so we can complete your project for you.
IMPLEMENTATION + GO-LIVE SUPPORT
We will implement the solution to meet all requirements laid out in the SoW. Once built, we move into the customer acceptance period, presenting you the initial solution and taking any required corrective actions.
Finally, we go live, supporting you and your team with onboarding, subsequent implementation as needed, and ongoing support and maintenance as defined in the SoW.
